Marc Spataro

I visited Marc in the summer of 2009.

Marc showed me his collection of chondros, carpondros and 75% carpondros as well as his amazing group of boelens pythons.

Marc, his wife Terri and I also went to the National Aquarium in Baltimore as well as a guided tour around Washington DC looking smarter than ever on segways.

During my stay I also went to see Birmingham ZOO and the Botanical Garden

Rico Walder

I visited Rico in the summer of 2009.

Rico owns the biggest collection of chondros and emeralds I have ever seen. He has an amazing selection of blood lines from both species and produces a staggering amount of babies every year.

Besides spending many hours at his facility we also went to the Tennessee Aquarium, where he used to work, for a guided tour.

National ZOO (Robin Saunders)

I went to see the National ZOO in Washington together with a couple other chondroheads from the area at my summer visit in 2009. Robin Saunders was kind enough to give us a tour around the ZOO as well as a special behind the scenes look at the group of chondros they're working with.

Joey Ferrante

In the summer of 2009 I went to the Ferrante Green Mountain Cookout along with some other chondro friends. I was fortunate enough to meet Joey and his wonderful family along with a bunch of their friends.
